Welcome to Hayya! This guide walks you through getting your business up and running on our platform.
Head over to the signup page and tell us a bit about yourself:
- Your name and email
- Your business name and what kind of business you run (restaurant, hotel, pharmacy, etc.)
- Which Hayya services interest you
Once you submit, our team will reach out within 24 hours to get everything set up for you.
Hayya has four specialized services depending on your business type:
- Hayya Eats — For restaurants, cafes, and bakeries
- Hayya Hotels — For hotels, resorts, and guest houses
- Hayya Care — For pharmacies and clinics
- Hayya Taxi — For taxi fleets and ride services
After your account is created, you'll log into your admin dashboard to customize your presence:
- Add your branding — upload your logo, banner, and choose your colors
- List what you offer — menu items, rooms, or services
- Set your hours and policies — opening times, delivery zones, payment methods
- Invite your team — add staff members and give them the right level of access
You're ready to start serving customers:
- Share your store link — customers visit your personalized web address to browse and order
- Set up QR codes — perfect for table ordering at restaurants or room service in hotels
- Start receiving orders — they show up instantly in your dashboard and kitchen display
